"Obviously this establishment is under new ownership. The guys were trying hard. My room was on the outside on a cold night and the heater did not work. Old and outdated but clean. Tried to discount for inconvenience but had already checked me out. Good breakfast. Hopefully new owners can make improvements."

I finally parked next to some 19-wheelers and walked to the hotel just so I could then see where the actual entrance was. The desk agent said people routinely complain about it. Turns out there is a crude little wooden sign on the main road, but easy to overlook. There needs to be an illuminated sign on the main road that...

"We enjoy staying here when visit our family. Staff is kind, friendly, helpful and professional. The issues I have are not deal breakers but more about convenience. One, there are no towel racks. The hand towel lays on the counter after using, seems like a place to hang it would keep it out of the way. Also, we reuse our towels, but there is no place to hang them except over the shower curtain. Second, there is never enough toilet paper. The rolls are small and usually less than half a roll on...
