"Really noisy, I even approached the lobby representative (lady) and informed her about the noise during my stay. She did confirm that next to room 203 there is a storage room under the stairs. The first night it was a disturbing noise around 11:30 pm. m. and the next night it was a loud noise again around 4:45am. m. and 6:40 a.m. m. (same day). "I loved the location, friendly staff and cleanliness of both the room and the common areas. I was never able to get the hot water to work so wished they had left written instructions as there isn’t always someone on site. While they left a couple bars of soap there’s no where to place it while showering. Lastly there’s a tiny trash bin in the bathroom that can only fit a few small items so a regular size one somewhere in the room would have been nice and practical so I had to request a trash...

Think they have 4 double and 1 single rooms; so limited number of guests; 2 shared bathrooms for guests was not an issue when I was there.
