"We loved our stay at Kandy Shady Trees thanks to the very welcoming and accommodating nature of our hosts. The room we stayed in was large and very comfortable and breakfast was fresh and substantial. The location is up a steep hill (we took a tuk tuk up and down it) but could be walked. "Nice place, attentive staff. Good lobby with comfortable sofas. Close to the center and shops. They have shared kitchen so you can cook if you have special diet. And kitchen is clean which is not common there"

"Good location for climbing Adam’s peak but room condition was poor. Dirty bedsheets and filthy towels. After we arrived back from climbing Adam’s peak there was no power so we had to take cold showers. "
