"The property was quite old and run down but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the resin I gave it 4 stars instead of 3 stars is that the price is not bad, and I believe most hotels in the area are similar. The onsen is good but also other hotels have them as well. I guess this is one of the most famous ones. "

"This hotel is more for a convention purpose. Not family friendly if you are traveling with kids. Also during the winter all the hotel rooms share the same room temperature which for my family was a bit too hot and stuffy. Found weird that we were not able to turn on the AC. "The suite room was a good size for my family of 6. The free breakfast is the same everyday with eggs, orange, and prepacked food - this did not meet our needs as we needed a more wholesome breakfast. Nonetheless, the staff were really eddicient and friendly."

"Needs to pay attention a bit more to the cleanness of the rooms. Some rooms for example offer a Styler but they reack to humidity and sweat from other guests. My guess those are not properly cleaned between stays. "
