"The hotel was nice, right in the very centre of the resort. Staff were friendly, hotel clean and nice pool area. All inclusive was not so good, there were regularly empty trays of food, that just were not been restocked, always the good stuff, a poor selection compared to a usual 4 star hotel. There is no bar area, entertanment is on poolside which is nice, but all lights get switched off at 10:30, at which point you have to go out or go to your room"

"It was our first time at the Secrets sunny beach. Overall it is a nice resort with great view from the balcony. Since it’s end of season, there were outdated beach umbrellas, cold pool and a lot of repetitive food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some impressive hotels nearby but need to clear the small shops on the walkway to the central square."

"That was our second stay in this hotel. The 2-bed apartment was amazing and it had fantastic views. The hotel is located near the beach. The restaurant was fine. The covered car park is quite narrow, a bit messy (they use it as a storage too) and rather dear. The staff is helpful and understanding. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!"

"This is the first and only hotel where upon arrival I was greeted with home-made bread and honey. It's a Bulgarian tradition but not practiced at large resorts. "

"This is my worst all inclusive vacation ever! I want my money back !!! I was there with my friends,and here are some of the things that are so bad!!! 1. We were there from July 8 to July 11, and wasn’t any A/c working. 2. For the entire resort they have only 1 [one only) iron , and no iron birds. 3. The kid swimming pool was dirty, water was green . 4. No shampoo , or any any other things only one small soap. 5 No towels at the beach, they did not change them in the room 6. The food is horrible...

"We had a great time and a positive experience in general. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the beach and the main strip. At the same time it's in the quiet more family-oriented part of the resort and it was quiet at night. The food was quite nice as well and there were beer, drinks and ice-cream/snacks throughout the day. The negatives - this is not a 4 star hotel. It looks and feels more like a 3* hotel. On the balcony there were rust spots and bird poo which was not cleaned....
