"A surprisingly pleasant stay despite initial impressions outside and the general location. The rooms, there were 4 of us, were very spacious and had everything we needed. A nice breakfast was included. The only real negative was we didn't know there was no restaurant service Fri to Sun....we arrived Fri for 2 nights. Staff helpful."

Therefore we told the hotel that we want to cancelour stay and wish to obtain refund if we were charged. We are hoping that hotel. Com will take a good care of this issue. Dina"

"A decent hotel in the "new town" of Riano (the old one having been flooded by the dam construction). Room was large, double bed, well-equipped bathroom with toiletries. The area is quiet, safe and has views of the reservoir and mountains. My rate did not include breakfast, but it is available at 6 Euro (orange juice, coffee and toast)"
