"I intentionally upgraded my room to Ocean view, upon check-in I was given a room that overlooked the smelly beach and an empty lot after telling the front desk that I upgraded to an ocean view. I had to come back to check out and check in two hours later this was quite exhausting. The pool was lovely however there were no beach towels. The bartender was very unpleasant. The cleaning staff was wonderful. At one point there was one punch being served and it was being served mostly to the staff....

"The elevator does not reach the Pool directly. You need to either drive or walk 3 sets of stairs."

"Lovely property that feels like an exclusive, private resort because of the location. Staff did everything they could to help, including immediately finding an adapter plug. Comfy beds. Rain shower head in bathroom. Compact resort, so everything you need is close to your room. Food was great. Views were stunning. Overall, thrilled with our stay. Swim up pool was the icing on the cake. "

"Small boutique hotel with absolutely wonderful breakfast (you need to upgrade, but well worth the very minor fee). Dining room at night waa also a fabulous choice for supper. Lots of choices. Drinks were very good as well. I didn’t enjoy the house red wine, but all cocktails were very good. The beach is literally out the back door. Never an issue with obtaining lounge chairs (although they do rent chairs daily to visiting ships). Drink and meal service available right from your lounger. I...

"This was the second hotel we stayed at. Fantastic beach and pool area. Good value for money. Staff very nice except at Gizmos Bar. Easy to get taxis and get around the island. Property a little bit tired but overall would recommend. "

"The Zemi is wonderful! The rooms are beautiful and well appointed. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the beach is one of the best. Best of all, the staff. The entire staff was wonderful, friendly as can be and always happy to make your stay the best it can be. Special mentions to Neller with concierge services, Bree and Tiffany in the restaurants, Michael at the beach and Janelle with guest services. But really, all the staff is wonderful. "
