"This was one of the best trips an place to stay. Melissa stays on top of everything an will message you an get back to you during your whole stay and is very accommodating! The house is very nice an perfect. All the appliances you need are there, an not to mention the cozy fireplace. There are even extra amenities like games an painting. The town is very cute an Perchville festival was amazing! We will definitely be back! "

"The place we stayed at was fantastic. I spent the weekend there with five of my friends and it was a great experience. We had plenty of room to sleep with the two king beds, three twin beds, a futon and a couch. The kitchen was very convenient for when we got hungry and didn’t want to leave the house. Lou, the person we rented the house from, made the stay a good one. He gave me his personal cell number and was very flexible with our check in and check out time. "This place was amazing, it was clean and quiet and the hosts tim and rita were so accommodating and helpful with anything we needed. The property was beautiful, beds were super comfy and the grill was an amazing touch. Looking to fish? We caught several Large bass and a 30 inch Pike, the fishing was awesome :) the cabin included so much extra stuff like seasoning and shampoo and shower stuff. we can not wait to come back!!! "

"Me and my family stayed for five days four nights and it was beautiful. The weather wasn’t the best, but we still enjoyed our time. The small town around the lake was absolutely amazing. The neighbors were Friendly. We did some fishing and swimming right up the Backyard. We had a few fires at night or some marshmallows. It’s not a far drive from East Tawas Where we went swimming in Lake Huron, which was absolutely breathtaking. it was so great me and my family will be returning next year"
