"Website unhelpful in relating spa services. Reception even worse. There was no doctor because we arrived on a Friday, and didn’t book it in advance. We were only staying the weekend. Women at reception all seemed perturbed that we were there. Not sure if they simply don’t like Americans or whether they are just burned out. "The hotel met our needs well. Reception was easy as the person on duty was fluent in English. Other non-english speakers did their best to be helpful .... but it was problematic when we became stuck in the lift. Breakfast was limited, with no coffee readily available the first morning nonetheless lake views more or less made up for shortcomings"

"Staff are super helpful. Room was nice. Spa amenities okay. We rented bikes, a great experience. An interesting route to arrive, you feel like you are on a bike path as you approach. It's a nice town."

"The hotel and facilities are great. It’s a very calm area and perfect for a few days of relaxation. The only “negative” aspect is that we were charged 30€ per night for our dog and did not even get a dog bed or a water bowl for him inside the room. That was quite disappointing. "

"Pleasantly surprised with our stay in R-9. The room was set up great for our family of 4. The kitchen had everything you need if staying a few days. Loved that it was right on the lake with a bar attached. Very clean. 1 bedroom with a queen bed and bunk beds in the main area. We stayed one night in August. Check in was easy. They charged one euro resort fee per person and six euro for parking."
