"Our stay was an overnight stay in Hempstead the room was in fair condition and cleaned but I did wipe it down myself, The problem we had was the people above us they got really noisy about 10:00 at night I couldn't take it anymore so I called front desk about 10:40 they did call them because about 10 minutes later they did get quiet but although they did get up about five the next morning being noisy again until they checked out, we got up and left about 8:00 am. But overall it was an okay...

"Bed and pillows very comfortable. There was a cricket team staying at hotel, they were very noisy. No breakfast offered. Coffee provided in room is yuk. "

"Road to property not marked well. Units were not marked A& B. No extra towels. No blankets. There was only a flat sheet on one of the beds. There was a severe horrible sewer smell in one of the bathrooms. Ceiling fan did not work in one of the bedrooms. Not many amenities in the kitchen or in the bathroom. Instructions said to Run the dishwasher and there was no dishwasher soap. Shower head in one bathroom broken and hand held just dangling. "
