"I was hacked off both with the hotel and with hotels.com. Upon our arrival, we found that this hotel was closed up and evidently no longer trading. The reception door was not just locked but chained up. There was no-one around. No furniture in reception and litter on the floor. Telephoned but the call was rejected.
