"The positives about this hotel are that the staff was really nice and helpful, really excellent staff. The hotel is close to everything, really excellent location. Great price! Large roomy room with the biggest bathtub I've ever seen in a hotel. "The ladies at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Bed, pillows and quilts were comfortable and the extra fleece blanket kept me warm through the winter nights without having to turn on the heaters. Shower space was a bit small, but individual hot water tank for the room gave a steady flow of hot water. Enjoyable stay overall with the basic kitchen in my queen studio."

"We missed the last check in time when we realized the reception is locked and closed, but there had been no calls or emails sent to us telling us that we will miss check in!! I mean I could have got loss on the way or missed a flight or train. This is horrible. "
