"You can tell that this was a really good area at one time. The room itself was clean. I agree with others the bathroom is tiny and in need of repair. The guy when we checked in was less than thrilled to help us. Zero customer service from him. Went to Grand Ole Opry got back in later and the shower doesn’t drain. Which is gross. Told the two at the desk in the am and it seemed they could care less. The breakfast was decent. Parking lot was tiny and hard for bigger vehicles to maneuver. The main...

"Although it was not so easy to locate, and a little out of the way, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. A very good value! A good selection of fast food close by. No coffee in room but the coffee in the lobby was really excellent! The door to the bathroom has too many coats of paint and will not close easily. Personnel were professional and courteous. Would stay there again."
