"We had a wonderful stay at Mountain Manor! Excellent host with super hospitality! We had the two bedroom two bathroom house. It was well equipped and very comfortable. We had our own patio for evening braais. The pool area was also great with beautiful views down the valley."

"We looooooved our stay at the Southern Belle, Bergsicht Cottage. By far the most private & secluded of all the cottages. We enjoyed the hot tub & the private deck, surrounded by only the sounds of nature. The fairy lights above the pool were very romantic. The cottage had everything we needed to relax & unwind. No TV which was fantastic - you come here to rest & unplug. We'll be back!"

"We stayed in a self catering cottage. The accommodation had everything we needed, lovely bath and fireplace. It is very cold in Tulbagh in mid-winter, but the bed had cosy blankets. This is a working farm, which was fun to explore with my young son. He enjoyed playing with the farm dogs!"

"We had a most enjoyable stay at Wittedrift Manor House, it was as good as a previous stay a year ago. Delicious breakfasts by Carol and Dorothy and overall a guest house in Tulbach that is highly recommended in view of its wonderful atmosphere, great location, friendly service and special "arty" ambience! "The photo is misleading and the 4 star rating is inaccurate - it is 2 star. The old house has history and the room with the bay window was very comfortable, but the place is deserted and feels much like a sleepy Australian outback hotel when you have to shout hello to get someone's attention, and the pub is not manned and not open. I cannot comment on other rooms and if you like to be left alone then I suppose it is good value as it is cheaper than other places in the area. There is only...
