"When arrived,discovered we were assigned a twin room. However, was quickly resolved. We have used this hotel 6 times in over a year,and as travelling with 2 small dogs have only paid for 1. However, this time wanted paid for both? Not a great start. There weren't extra pillows in the room,again resolved when asked. There is what looks like a blood stain on the curtain (room 3).
