"Walked into reception to find 2 people sat there smoking in breakfast area had been trying to contact hotel by phone for 2 hours noone picked up. Even ibis reservations couldnt get thru. Cancelled reservstions and left"

"Nice that they offer breakfast included on Expedia. The area around the hotel isn’t posh but we didn’t observe any criminality. Excellent security inside the hotel and parking was secure and affordable at 2€ per day. Oddly, the thermostat in our room was connected backwards - we had to put it to ‘heat’ to get a/c and had to turn it warmer to make it colder. "

"The property condition is a little old and the window gave no view and actually no safe escape in the case of fire either. The place is quiet and the AC works well. Location is very close to the train station and quite close to place de la comédie."

"No elevator, doors making noise all time, code often does not work and lock you outside, some troublesome people living here and purposely making noise with doors every a few minutes, property has very bad attitudes and never responded to messages."

"Location was good, close to train, shops and dining. I had the room on the top floor and the roof was angled and low in half the room so i couldn't stand up straight "

"Brilliant traditional French hotel: slightly scruffy but clean and with WIFI and air-conditioning all working well. It's easy to walk from the tram stop (though the sign is now a bit dark and not light blue like the picture!). If you want something authentically French and cheap then this is a really great place to stay. Clean and comfortable."

"Out of town with very little to do. Onsite restaurant closes at 9.30 pm. The rest of residents then vanish to their rooms leaving you feeling guilty for wanting some life."
