"TV was difficult to use. It takes 2 remotes to turn on the TW and change channels. This was after staff working 30 minutes to set up the TV. Once I turned of the TV I was unable to use the the set again without contacting the front desk so I did without the service for the morning. TV system for this hotel is unsatisfactory. I will stay elsewhere next trip to Enid"

"This is one of my preferred hotels to stay at in Enid. For some reason, this time I accidentally chose smoking rooms. I personally could not smell smoke in our room but my husband could. My son had the room next to ours and I could slightly smell smoke when I opened his door. This was completely my fault not the hotels. The rooms were on the older side but still comfortable. We were outside near the pool. We will stay here again."
