"A friend and her daughter and I stayed here for 4 days. We walked all over the island, enjoyed the lux beach facility accessible to guests for free and did a day trip to Bergama. Easy drive from Istanbul. Great restaurants and shops. I'm a Turkish speaker, so it was easy for me, but this is mostly a vacation spot for Turks, so English is not so common. Hotel staff was super helpful and friendly. Lovely poolside breakfast buffet. I will definitely stay here again if I am in Cunda. "

"Room exactly as pictured, very clean, friendly staff. Lots of night life around, which can be noisy with live music, talking, etc. So if you want a quit night, I wouldn’t recommend. But if you’re there for night life, it’s the perfect place. "

"The Despot Evi in Cunda is an astoundingly beautiful facility. The reconstruction has brought the rich history to life in a sexy manner. And the staff is top notch. But the 1 problem I had which was significant is that there is a Mosque adjacent to the hotel property. So 5 times a day a very loud message is blasted out for you to pray. Very loud. Very oppressive."
