"Stunning castle and grounds, nicely appointed with very traditional furnishings. Well maintained. Grégoire, his wife and family were gracious hosts - we felt most welcome during our week-long stay. We stayed in the old block and small tower, away from the main tower. Some may find the accommodation a bit spooky, we did, but after the first night we found it added to the adventure. The pool was very pleasant, around 27 or 28degrees so perfect temperature. In the immediate surrounding area...

"I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter. We originally booked it for one night only, but due to changing family circumstances she had to add another night. She doesn't speak French, so she was very impressed with the staff ability to communicate with her and help her with all her needs. Customer service is what made this property to stand out. "The hotel staff was friendly and our room was clean and spacious enough for a family of 4. The hotel is close to some restaurants, but there is no place to walk nearby the hotel. The breakfast for €8.00 was very basic, no fresh fruit and no eggs but decent coffee. "

But you must be aware that its a small city ad taxi service is limited... i had to walk to the hotel from the train station and also on my way back.. all the taxis.were fully booked.. 1.4 km not bad but.with a suitcase is not fun... this not the hotel's fault... but you must be aware (the same is i guess for all hotels) "
