"I was very impressed with this new hotel. The staff and service are superb. Special shout out to Jason and Jezreal who managed the front desk during the evening/early morning. But all members of the staff are amazing and are all customer-focused. Everyone in the front desk and security are friendly and helpful, so are everyone working in the restaurant. "Cockroachs. The sheets are tattered. When the mattress is exposed its absolutely disgusting, it smells like urine. I had little bites on me. The room is equivalent to a small prison cell no window. The shower is very inconvenient. And cold. Neighborhood full of beggers. Even the security guard was asking me for money. I had to leave and get a new hotel."

"This was my third or fourth stay. The place is still clean, and staff are as friendly as ever. Perhaps it’s a good time to replenish linen and bath things such as the mat, as some have serious fraying. If you are staying, opt for rooms away from the next door garage as they can make a racket parking their vehicles. "

"I’ve stayed in the property for 4nights. Quick checkin but the reception only operates from 9am to 6pm. There were no elevator , we stayed on the 3rd it was a struggle as I have 1 large and 1 medium size luggage there were few peeps over there to assist. The first night was a bit shocking as I thought there were earthquake😅 maybe because it is located along the highway , thats why the building is a bit shaky. Location is perfect, walking distance to the mall."

"For a solo traveler, the room and bed are spacious. The AC and hot water heater for the shower is reliable. As a bar exam taker who took the test in UST, I highly recommend the place for being accessible in places you need to be such as for eating, groceries, going to the bank, buying medicine etc. Everything is within walking distance."
