"The resort is just amazing! Staff were great! Food was great! It was a beautiful place and very relaxing. Wish we had Hasu including in our all inclusive, even for just one night. I wish I took down every staff members name as they made our stay so enjoyable but I dont want to name only a few people out of fairness, but to the GM, your staff are fantastic and I hope you can reward all of them."

"Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. I had no voucher (is this the 1990s???) and would not accept that a booking in my name would in fact be my reservation!!
