"Clean hotel, not too far from the airport. But the staff did not speak any English, so we had to use Google translate on both sides to communicate. The front desk crew was not welcoming at all and seemed annoyed even as they were issuing our room keys. Wouldnā€™t stay here again based off our interaction with them."

"This hotel caters mostly for Chinese . We are from Australia so there was a great language barrier for most of our stay. We managed to order room service once by calling a hotel staff up to point out what we wanted . The food was good. The carpets were awful and not very clean at all however the bathroom was reasonably clean. We weren't allowed on our balcony this not much point to ordering a balcony room. And the beds were rock hard . The mini bar had nothing in it and the tea and coffee making...
