"Disgusting hotel. There were clothes and shoes everywhere, stained chairs and walls, mismatched bedding, and not even locks on the room doors. When I complained, the manager's response was, "This is Mexico. not the United States." The hotel smelled like urine, too. We did not stay there, and I am still fighting with both the hotel and Hotels.com to get my money refunded. Never again will I use Hotels.com after this."
