"The host did not know we were booked. The day of, at check in time, still did not receive check in instructions and host would not answer phone calls, texts or messages though the app. We had a car loaded with toddler and dogs and no where to go. VRBO customer service was fantastic and able to refund our money. The host later messaged me, that the room was ready and we could just go in, they were expecting us, the door would be unlocked and our room would be the last one on the right. The host...
