"As before, stay was very comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only reason we demoted service to 4 stars this time was the breakfast. For the second time, when we went to breakfast there was no hot food left. It was well before the closing time of 9am. And no sign of anyone saying more food was being prepared. Not a deal breaker. "Everything was great, our only note would be that our room was listed as a scenic view or ocean view, and we had a large tree up close to the window covering most all of it. Otherwise the place was clean, staff were nice and it was conveniently located for our event needs. "

"They had issues on their end resolved before I even knew there was an issue - apparently they had overbooked and in doing so simply upgraded me before I got there so as to accommodate all I had requested!! Later helped me to find what I needed locally and were very knowledgeable of the area. They really summed up my trip PERFECTLY!!!"

"The staff was very helpful and kind. Genuinely friendly. The room was clean and they provided additional items as needed. I thought that putt putt golf was included in the stay, but was advised that since we booked through Hotels.com and not through the hotel directly that we would have to pay for golf. I wasn’t expecting that. That was a bummer. It’s kind of why I selected this hotel. "
