"Great stay for husband and I and our dog. Quiet, peaceful. Cottages are dated but clean. Queen mattress was wonderful. Did not givev 5 stars because hot water knob in shower was barely useable, ready to fall off. Kitchen faucet also flimsy. Floorboards are soft. Oven door could only be opened 10 inches due to window ledge so it prevented us from making our own pizzas. Owners obviously care about their property and we appreciate that. "The house was perfect for us. Way out in the middle of nowhere, quiet and secluded. The house was clean and and lots of room for the kids to run around. There is a wonderful trail that leads out to a cliff Lookout. The house is owned by a nearby (12 km away) wilderness resort. "My stay at the yurt was not the best. We had to arrive before 8:30 which is hard when you are travelling from one place to another, I will say they did accommodate us in being a little late. On the website it says that there is a hot tub available to people who stay there, but when we got there it was an extra charge which nobody had told us.
