"Excellent value for a no frills stay. There is a railroad track behind the hotel if you are a light sleeper. Trains only came through during the day during my visit so it was no problem. The only other drawback was my room had a lot of extra space yet the bathroom was very narrow. Better use of the overall space would have provided a more spacious bathroom with plenty of room space also."

"Not gonna lie… I was a little sketched out when we got off the exit and it was the only thing in sight lol and I think there was only one other room occupied while we were there. but the room was huge, clean, and the staff were nice. "That place was awful the Jacuzzi didnt work. Found a cockroach on the bed when we were getting ready to leave. The room appeared clean until you looked at it.the sheets were stained. Now I know you'll ask why did we stay. Because we paid through this site and wouldn't get the money back for days and didn't hapve the money to go else where. "We love visiting Tim’s Ford Lake. This was our first time in the Spring. House was Gorgeous & Modern! Kids loved the game room & Projecter Tv. Everything was SUPER comfy. Plenty of room to spread out! Not a lot of extras as far as pantry items. Walmart does deliver to this area which was helpful! Dock was very nice & walk/drive wasn’t terrible.
