"This resort is nothing celebrity like. The property is well maintained and staff are generally helpful. But there are too many local residents mingled with property staff. Staff don’t have any uniform. Rooms are poorly equipped - we had to call guest services to get towels and soap refilled as they wee all empty when we checked in. "The hotel is in gandhipuram, which is a good/central area. The hotel was clean and staff was largely helpful. But the wifi in my room did not work for 3.5 days out of the 4 days that I stayed there. It was very difficult to do my work, with such a wifi situation. Also, there was no laundry service available in the hotel. This made it difficult to get my clothes cleaned, while staying there.
