"I was heading to Stratford for work and needed to stay near there the night before. I found this hotel and decided to try it. They have recently re-opened under new ownership. The room had been completely renovated, it was very spacious and comfortable. Nice quiet location in the beautiful town of St. Marys. It was only a 15 minute drive to Stratford so it you were going to the Stratford Festival this is certainly within range. I was very pleased!"

"This is the fourth time I’ve stayed here. The last two have been drastic improvements. The refurbishments are obvious. The character of the bldg is somewhat respected. The staff are kind. The room is fresh. And the complimentary treats were a pleasant surprise. Love being downtown. Thank you. Will be back again. "

"Very basic but very clean. No face cloths in bathroom. Only 3 hangers for clothes. A table lamp beside bed would have been nice for night reading while partner wanted to sleep. Overall it was as expected for price"
