"We booked this hotel because it said it had a Restaurant and we had been travelling all day from the UK bulb when we got here it was closed we were very hungry and very disappointed, the room was ok and was being modernised but parts were unfinished such as the Toilet door frame had not been sanded down where it had been filled which meant if was rough to touch, the new frame had also not been painted, their was no Tea and Coffee facilities which is usually standard in most hotels, in the...

"Wifi was 30 Euros for the week. Bedding + towels + tax 107 Euros. Distance about 200m from the ski lifts and 125m from Supermarket and restaurants. Ample free parking outside. Sauna was hot 90 C and pool had plastic liner (though satisfactory). Always busy after 3pm. Ski passes 195 Euros / 6 days. Room could have been cleaner. Staff don't speak English. Ski lockers too small to store boots. Impressive ski area (2nd visit) but you need good snow to enjoy the most."

"We were greeted by Alex on our arrival and shown to our accommodation which was clean and provided everything we needed. "The hotel is hidden behind a cafe. There is no nearby parking. The room is all tiled, cold and sterile. The towels are thin and small.
