"What a great house. Perfect for a family or friends. Plenty of space to separate and lots of outdoor area to eat or play cards or swim. Ricky is an excellent host. The communication was excellent and he answered my questions quickly. The location is excellent as it takes a quick 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Can’t thank Ricky enough for a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to come back. "

"This was a girl's trip for my daughter's 18th birthday. This house was absolutely beautiful, spacious and fun. I especially love the fact that the place had 24-hour security and a guard shack at the entrance. This was our first trip to Puerto Rico. We had so much fun that we are all looking fwd. to a return trip, and if so, I will be booking the Enchanted Sunrise again. Love this Place!!"

"Overall I was expecting a nicer location not so far back in the subdivision. The stairs were too steep and the kitchen lacked quality silverware, a blender, and toaster. The owner did replace the non-functioning toaster and supplied a blender and additional coffee. Accessing the keys and gate remotes was not an easy task, though the instructions were clear. Some doors did not close properly and the ceilings leaked water into the bedrooms. We did like the proximity to the beach and pool. ...
