"Ideal location for my itinerary. Well equipped, cosy and had everything I required. Quiet area, no bright lights and slept well. I travelled solo this time, but ideal for couples. Very close to Cader Idris and Mach Loop, two of my main locations to visit."

"Huge place and comfortable enough. TV has no signal and there was no sign of a wifi code and no connection that I could make, so pointless having a tv in the place as not useable. Rooms were comfortable and big, bathroom is very nice too, shower needs some attention though as the top head is so limescales it sprays over the top of the shower and on to the floor, and there is some bad mould on the base, door runners also not working properly. "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Ideal location for Fairbourne and surrounding area - you need to go to Dolgellau, Barmouth and try the Precipice Walk and Creggannan Lakes which were lovely walks with stunning views. Nice to get some milk and Welsh cakes which were lovely. Cottage was clean and comfortable, only minor negative was limited information about what to do at check out time, local contacts etc. and there wasn’t much in terms of cleaning equipment apart from a broom so couldn’t do...

"Upon arrival the arrangements for cleaning had not been made. The beds were not made, the towels were not clean, the floors and counters were dirty. I contacted the owner and he gave me his apologies. The cleaner came the next day. On our first night we got into bed and the bed base fell! The very poorly, assembled, IKEA, bed is falling apart. When we looked underneath the mattress, it is obvious that they are aware that the bed is dodgy. There are zip ties all underneath to try keep it stable....
