"There was no toilet seat o the toilet which I was informed was because that was the room that I booked through Expedia (she may not have understood what I was trying to tell her). She gave me another room which her colleague tried to enter at 11pm twice (second time with a key) while I was sleeping. In the morning she told me it was because her afternoon colleague had given me the wrong room."
