"The times I've stayed at this property the staff has been great. This stay was not like my past stay. The floor in the elevators stayed dirty with wet floor signs in both. The bed sheets had stains and when I called down for a change of sheet they never came. After texting twice and calling twice we were asked to come down and them. The breakfast was great. Alot of options to choose from. "

"I was disappointed that our roim wasn't serviced after coming back from my brother's funeral. After speaking to the staff, they said that housekeeping has left for the day. Very disappointed!!!"
