"The room was average sized, but they were definitely deceiving on how they looked online. Before getting to the room, I smelled weed. I was turned off by the fact the beds were so low to the ground. There were also cracks in the tile, and the tubs were kind of scummy looking. I did appreciate the pullout bed underneath the couch which the couch was exceptionally comfortable, and big. You could fit four or more people in there easy. The pool water looked like it had a film on the top of it....

"It was very clean. The staff was friendly. It exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The water pressure was not great but it is a historical property. Otherwise, no complaints! Clean, charming, comfortable. Look forward to going back! "

"The hotel didn't particularly stand out in any way, and generally I had a pleasant stay, with one glaring exception. We were on vacation visiting a lot of the New England areas, and had a large, heavy gift bag of souvenirs and gifts we had bought. Housekeeping took it, and when we found it missing they claimed Housekeeping said they thought it was trash. Everything in the bag was brand new and there was no trash in the bag. Initially staff seemed to be sorry but offer no help or solutions other...
