"the facility was very nice. Staff was very friendly, except, when asking housekeeping staff a question, they seemed to be mostly Spanish speaking and did not understand me. Desk staff was marvelous, especially Marcella and the staff on her day off. They gave me directions to the nearest grocery store. unfortunately, they do not serve hot cocoa, but fortunately, I brought my own. the room was nicely clean, but the mattress is rather too soft and probably should be replaced soon. "We enjoyed our stay here, the location was so convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The service was great, the housekeeping kept our room clean and refreshed. The breakfast each morning was hot and the selection was wonderful. We will for sure stay here on our next visit."
