"We booked as an overnight stop on a long drive so we were grateful for a good room and an easy location not far from the main route we were travelling. We were grateful to find a good hotel that was dog friendly as we were travelling with our Cocker Spaniel. The room was a little worn in places but otherwise a very good stay. Good value for an overnight stop. "

The information on the internet says that reception is not 24 hours but we managed ok. Communication is not always clear - since we don't speak Spanish, we relied on google translate. Everything was fine with our stay - I'm just not sure how reliable/easy it would have been if there were any problems. The room was a little bit cramped but good enough. "A well located hotel close to the main attractions in Valladolid. Friendly staff and very clean. Loved the place. The Cathedral and University are practically next door and there are good bars and restaurants either in the main square or near to the hotel within a 5 minute walking radius."

"Close to busy road yet quiet. Close to different Metro stations and many restaurants and shops. Staff are very kind and professional. Good communication in English. The porter took our luggage to the taxi parked a little far from the hotel. Very helpful. Room is spacious and very quiet. Housekeeping was provided in the afternoon upon our request. We are very satisfied with the services provided. Will stay here again"
