The disabled bathroom is not an accessible bathroom. The water is set to over 80 degrees, the taps are three inches wide with no spindles. Only the kitchen ficilities let things down slightly due to high usage (taps loose in their fittings, communal scouring pads need more frequent replacement - one microwave was inoperable).
