"Hotel was absolutely cozy. Super close to the lift. Wish I had known the location better to ski there! Staff was amazing, and helped track down an item I left. Beautiful building and location. Super close to the fun FU bar. You can also easily walk to the mountain for some trails. Only downside is the doors lock at a specific time. That was fine as I was jet lag. Def recommend this location! Breakfast had a lot of options if you chose it. "

"The residence is in a quiet peaceful location reached via a windy hillly road. In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. All spectacular. The two rooms were spacious enough and clean to our liking, affordable, the staff friendly and Chamonix a half hour drive away. "

"An extraordinary stop over. Although we read reviews we were not quite prepared for the ascent to the top of a 1700 m mountain ! However it was worth the climb and is not to be missed. "We only booked as the hotel was pet friendly, as per the description and information. We checked in with our dog and agreed to eat in the restaurant, after some pressure from the hotel to do so. We were seated with our dog and our drinks order was taken. We were then approached 5 minutes later by the waiter to be told that his manager said we could not dine with the dog (the dog was asleep at my feet at the time). "I don’t think the property is used to having guests for short stays. It was a great spot for me to get in some amazing hikes and I loved having a kitchen to cook. The pillows were terrible- wish I had the luxury of bringing my own!"

"I stayed in Jan and we had lot of snow - probably ~60cm everywhere which was not cleaned so it was very difficult to park on the street. In this hotel I felt isolated from the town centre and cafes and shops. The hotel is very basic and my double room was tiny, too small even for a single occupant. The hot water ran out first day we came back from skiing and I had to take a cold shower after spending the whole day on snow. If I go again to Saint Gervais, which is really beautiful and charming...
