"Pablo and his mother waited for us to do the check in, I felt at home when they both welcomed us, they even sent transportation to pick us up, and the customer service was great! "Room was warm and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Communal area with dining table and microwave could be improved, as the are no utensils, cutlery, plates or cups. Therefore, it renders the microwave, and the tea and coffee provided totally unusable."
