"I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times recently. Each time I've found the hotel to be clean and the staff to be quite responsive to my queries/requests. I would stay here again in the future when traveling to the Portage/Dells area."

"The hotel was nice and clean, cleaner than a lot of hotels. We were a family of 6 and our suite had a double sofa bed with a trundle so we all had a good place to sleep! Beds were comfortable. We weren’t fans of the breakfast food, but we’re Canadians, maybe that’s why 😆"

"Love this hotel with the outside whirlpool even when it is snowing! The breakfast was one of the biggest I have ever seen something for everyone. The gym is amazing from incline bench's, weights, weighted balls, and of course treadmills. "

Had a bit of trouble locating the entrance, as did a delivery driver—be sure to check the street view on Google maps for easier entry. They may benefit from improved signage. Overall, an experience I highly recommend! "
