"I checked in after 9 p.m. When I arrived in my room and tried to call the front desk to ask a question athe phone did not work properly, so I had to walk all the way from the end of the hall where my room was to the front desk just to ask a question The TV remote didn't have an on button, so I had to take another trip to the front desk to replace it. Dishes were not in the room, so I had to take a third trip to the front desk to pick up a bowl, plate and fork. It was not until that last walk...

"The hotel was very nice and clean, however the indoor pool was extremely cold and would have been great if the property had a hot tub. Breakfast was really good, the day time staff is much friendlier than the night time staff. I would definitely stay again with my husband and children for a family vacation. The hotel is currently under renovation and I can’t wait to see the new outcome. "
