"We arrived to check in at 330 and they gave us keys to a room that hadn’t been cleaned and turned over yet. We went back downstairs and were told they didn’t have another room with a king size bed available. Our options were wait 30 minutes (until 4, an hour past check in time) for our reserved room or accept a room with two queens. I appreciate that solutions were offered but I feel like reserved rooms should be ready at check in time, not an hour later. We didn’t have the time to wait so we...

"This establishment was so awesome. The sweetest lady at the counter was kind and courteous even though it was very late. Easy check in and check out. Though it was small, it was very nice and comfortable. Definitely stay here again. "
