The staff are friendly and the views of the lake are stunning. I was a little disappointed that the bar wasn’t open after 9pm as sitting in the terrace overlooking the lake is beautiful and far nicer than any of the local bars. "Not a great hotel. Their check-in closes at 7, I did get an email saying check-ins over Christmas would be closing at this time, but that was Christmas, not more than 2 weeks before!! Lucky I got there just before 7 then. The hotel is on a slope, no joking, you constantly feel you're going to fall over.
