Upon arrival in the neighborhood we saw many buildings with broken out windows and people living on the street. The area was trashed out. We saw a drug deal happening in the parking lot of the hotel. Love the little city, Chateau Plaisir a must see. Train ride to Paris, especially if you do not want to stay in the city due to cost. "
