"Reception struggled to find our reservation at check in. Room was basic, Very hard double bed. Kettle and a jug of water was supplied at check in, no further water given and room does not get made up. We were in the main building annexe and it obviously had not been used for some time, smelt and felt damp. I know we are in the mountains and should expect lower temperatures. We were told hot water would only be available 7-10 both mornings and evenings but we had to ring reception several times...

"I stayed at Camp Logan during the month of July 2024. We had two sets of parents with us, so we booked the villa so that we could all be together. Only upon arrival did we find out that there are individual rooms and not connected to each other. There was also some construction going on next door (new villas are being constructed), so there was some rubble near our villa. The first day we had no water in any of the rooms in the morning. It took a few hours to get it fixed, which inconvenienced...
