"Because I don’t speak Italian or German, checking un was a challenge. The receptionist behaved as if I was the one at fault for not finding a common language. After taking our passports and handing me a key, she left abruptly without indicating the location of the room. The room itself was nice. The on site restaurant was very good, but very under staffed (maybe because it was Italian Liberatiin Day, a holiday). Breakfast and parking were fine. The Wifi did not work during our entire stay....

"We chose Albergo Garni Defrancesco for our cycling holiday in the Dolomites because of the good price and location in Campitello din Fassa. We didn't know what to expect but we were more than satisfied. Room was quite big, very clean, towels changed daily, beds made up every day. There was also the ski room or bike room for the summer. The owners were incredibly welcoming and provided for our every need and request.
