"Nice hotel. Did not have shampoo. Had conditioner and body lotion. Ask for room to be serviced it had towels replaced but no coffee for the in room coffee pot the bed was not made.put in creamer and sugar with stir stick but no coffee I guess 1podfor two days and to guest was more than they could offer. "

"Shower head sprayed water sideways causing the water to flood room floor. The fabric shower curtain did not help matters. Normally this would not have bothered me but I had my 18 month old with me and I was afraid she was gonna slip on the tile floor. Inclusive breakfast was not great. "

"The internet was very spotty - I was unable to obtain access in my room for one of my devices. It is not clear why there is a TV in the Fitness Room but no remote! It was also surprising - given location - that breakfast did not feature sausage gravy with biscuits! The rating of 9+ did not match my experience and the price was a bit excessive given issues noted. I frequently travel this road and will likely investigate the many other lodging locations in the area."

"We booked for 3 nights. Had NO hot water the entire time and NO SHOWER!!! Told the front desk multiple times, at one point someone came to our room and olayed around with the shower and said the maintenance man left but would be back in an hour... he never showed up. They didn't offer to get us another room even tho the said they might need to. I will NEVER Return to this place and I'll NEVER recommend anyone here. Seriously the worst place we've ever stayed at.
