Our room was clean but smelled like weed and then our neighbors were smoking more on their balcony next door and more people smoking below us. Not really a problem but was noticeable. Free breakfast was fine, hot waffle you could make, cereal, orange juice and some pastry/bread options. Front desk person was nice. Overall a good stay, loved the beach area too, easy access.
