"Great older but refurb'ed and clean place. Stayed for a night before a cruise from the nearby port. Excellent rate compared to others in the area and friendly service at check-in. Would recommend. "

"The outside and lobby were nice, the room ok. Bed was not the best and the room was only ok as far as being clean. Baseboards had hair and dirt on them. Bedding was old as were the towels. Things need to be updated. Windows are old. But it wasn’t terrible. Pool area very clean"

"We made a reservation at the Salty Mermaid later in the day and arrived on site after hours. We called the after hours number and they helped us to get into the room and have a place for the night despite not being able to verify our reservation. Amazing service. The rooms are super cute and perfect size for a couple or small family. Right on the beach and it’s only 5 units so it’s small and private. Would hands down stay here again. "

"It was very close to the wedding events we were going too and very reasonably priced. Clean, comfortable only saw one little roach and killed it. Offsite manager Jeremy was very helpful and nice. One suggestion is they need to put directions how to open the key box on door to get the key. Oh and put some tissues in the room. "

"My family had a great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, not to mention the great view. This is definitely worth saving as a great location. "
